Midway’s Business Office is here to assist you with any questions you have about your account, provide payment options and other resources.

The Business Office at Midway University is here to help you with questions about your Student Account. All financial transactions on your account, are processed by the Business Office. If you have questions about these transactions, please let us know.

All billing is electronic. Students have 24/7 access to their account activity by logging in to Self Service and navigating to Account Activity. Statements can also be generated from this page.

We can assist with payment plans, credit refund questions, and employer reimbursement.

Your address can be changed via Self Service. For any questions regarding name or address changes, please contact our Registrar’s Office at registrar@midway.edu.

To access your student account, login to the MyMidway and then select Self Service. You will be able to see your account balance, course schedule and other important information.

Complete the online reimbursement form to have a detailed invoice generated for your employer. This may take up to 5 business days to process.

Title IV Authorization Form
The Title IV Authorization Form to allow students or parents to authorize the university to apply federal financial aid proceeds to pay account charges.
Parking Permits

The Campus Security Office is where students get their campus parking permits. To request a parking permit, students are asked to complete the Vehicle Registration Form.

Should you receive a parking violation; you may pay that at the business office. However, if you choose to appeal a violation, that must be done through Campus Security.
