Eric Bolland was appointed Chair of the Midway College MBA Division in 2009, a year after he joined the faculty. In 2012, Dr. Bolland was appointed the Chair of the Midway College Business Division including both the undergraduate business program and the MBA program. He has more than twenty years teaching experience and over twenty-five years of business experience. His business experience encompasses managing strategic market information for a Fortune 500 company (TDS Telecom), product promotion management for CUNA Mutual Insurance Company and strategic marketing consulting for Alliant Energy. He served as the executive director of the State of Wisconsin Board on Aging. He has authored and edited three major books and over twenty articles or proceedings on various business topics. Eric has a DBA from Nova Southeastern University and an MA in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
